2. TOTAL LIABILITY CAP (The Important Bit)

BY AGREEING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PART NUMBER PRO'S LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE SERVICE FEE PAID (e.g., £20, £49, or £99).

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for the cost of any parts purchased, shipping costs, restocking fees, labor/mechanic charges, or any other consequential financial loss.

3. Refund Policy & Evidence

Refunds are only issued if our data is proven incorrect. To claim a refund, you must provide photographic evidence showing a clear mismatch between your original factory part and the part number specification we provided.

4. Verification Responsibility

While we strive for 100% accuracy, you (the buyer) remain the final authority on fitment. We strongly recommend visually comparing the new part to the old unit before attempting installation, especially for high-value items.

5. Modifications

We verify based on the vehicle's VIN as it left the factory. We accept no liability for vehicles with undisclosed engine swaps, aftermarket modifications, or non-factory upgrades.
